Planetary drive – Sprocket wheel

I’m sorry, I was a bit busy, so I didn’t forget the project, just have no time to write…

After the arm system welding I started to plan the chain elements.
The planetary drive sprocket-wheel more or less finished… here is a sketch:

Planetary_Drive_Sketch_1
The outer “ring” is an aluminum solid part. I couldn’t plan a planetary drive sprocket wheel with removable annular gear because of the dimension limits.
The internal elements will be made of aluminum.

Gearset:

The chain motor will drive a chain sprocket, trough a worm gear. This chain drives the planetary crankshaft.
The crankshaft gear is the sun gear of the planetary drive’s first stage.
The three planetary gears not locked, but annular gear is locked to the base (base connected to the undercarriage). This planetary gear will drives the second stage.
There is a gear fixed on the connecting element of the first stage planetary gear. This is the sun gear of the second stage.
In the second stage the planetary is locked, and the annular ring moving which is locked to the sprocket wheel.
I hope it’s clear! I’m sorry…
The planetary drive will be filled up with oil partially.
As you see on the sketch, I have to modify annular gears, because the original dimension is bigger than the necessary.
