György mentioned me that they use high pressure flexible pipes for greasing system.
Based on this, I sent some technical requests for distributors, and they answered me. The offered pipe is a greasing pipe its pressure level is more than 100Bar.
Pipe: 6×1,5 black (3 mm inner, 6 mm outer) 120 Bar
The connection accessories like connectors with cutting ring has same pressure level, for example: G 6-LL 6-os slice / coupling element for 6mm pipe
It was a very good idea, This kind of pipe and this kind of connectors which I will use on my excavator. So I’m glad, that I can use real high pressure elements in the hydraulic system. I was afraid that the normal poliamid pipe usable or not for a high pressure system? Now, I do not worry about safety. This will be the solution of my “problem”.
